Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the use of dananajmah.com and to all quotes and agreements with Dana Najmah, freelance web and graphic designer based in the Netherlands.
Quotes and Agreements
Prices on the website are indicative and not a binding offer. A quote is valid for 30 days, and an agreement is formed once you accept the quote in writing or by email. Scope, deliverables, timeline and number of revision rounds are stated in the quote. Additional work is agreed and charged separately.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros. Unless stated otherwise in the quote, a deposit of 50% is due before work starts and the remainder before launch or final delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Hosting, domain names, premium plugins, fonts and stock images are third-party costs, unless explicitly included.
Your Cooperation
You provide the content, text, images, logins and feedback needed on time and confirm that you have the right to use the materials you supply. Delays in cooperation may shift the planning.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a consumer and the agreement is concluded at a distance, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you explicitly request that work starts within this period, you pay a proportional amount for work already carried out. The right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed with your explicit consent. Custom-made designs cannot be returned once delivered. Business clients have no right of withdrawal.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights of the final approved designs transfer to the client after full payment. Drafts, rejected concepts and source files remain the property of Dana Najmah unless agreed otherwise. Dana Najmah may show the completed work in her portfolio and on social media, unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing.
Liability
Work is carried out with care, but uninterrupted operation of websites or third-party services (such as hosting or plugins) cannot be guaranteed. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant project and excludes indirect or consequential damage, except in the case of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Complaints and Applicable Law
Complaints can be sent to [email protected] and will be answered within 14 days. Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting the mandatory protection that consumers have under the law of their country of residence.
